New Heart New Spirit Alpha Omega Holy Assembly (NHNSAOHA) – We are the first Scandinavian and International non-denominational Church in Algarve located in Portimão, Portugal and world-wide online. We will mainly hold our services in English, but we offer translation services in Swedish, Danish and Portuguese if needed. Everyone is welcome!

When Jesus said, "I will build my church" in Matthew 16:18, he was not talking about constructing a building. He was talking about creating a worldwide body of believers, He was talking about building his ekklesia, which means "an assembly of people, called out of their homes, out of the world into a relationship with Jesus Christ". We are called to continue to do just that, to serve God and to serve people. We are called to proclaim God's word and to continue to build up his ekklesia. We want to welcome you to New Heart New Spirit Alpha Omega Holy Assembly. We welcome all people and together we are the ekklesia called to love God and love people. The best way to love people is to share God's life-giving, life-transforming and true Word with them.

Loving people also means to be warning people and sharing God's loving words of warning with them before it is to late.  God is clear in Hosea 4:6 when he says; My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

 

We do not want to see anyone perish if we can help it and our main purpose with our Ministry, is to be answeing God´s call as Pastors, intercessors and disciples to stand in the gap and intercede for the nations, sharing a biblical worldview. There are many biblical passages where God seeks out and appoints prophets, priests, kings, apostles and evangelists of the gospel. In Ezekiel 22:30, however, God seeks a intercessor who, by God's own appointment, and not unlike Moses in Exodus 32-34, intercedes for a nation and a people. God challenged us to think more carefully and prayerfully about what he wants us to do with our lives. And the need to stand in the gap before God is as urgent now as it was six hundred years before Christ.
